Did anyone have Herxheimer reaction (headache, joint pain, fatigue or other) after using frequencies?

1. My husband has never ever felt anything but has made great health strides with spooky2. I don't herx but great response with Spooky2.
2. Sweating, very heavy. In my experience the Herxheimer frequencies are helping a lot.
3. There are many different types of herexheimer reactions, it depends on what you are killing and what it releases after the cells / organisms have died. You will get to know many in your rifing journey and to be able to distinguish that which is herx and that which is not. It takes practice.
4. Yes, I run a Scan about once a week and usually 1 to 2 days later I experience herximer. Lots of water and rest plus hot Epsom salt bath usually help it to pass.
5. Not everyone will feel unwell like headache or fatigue. If you don’t have such a reaction, it means that you don’t have a large population of the particular microorganism, the selected programs are incorrect for your health issue, or your organs are already functioning well enough to remove the toxicity or debris quickly and efficiently.
