When using 10 Port USB Hub, devices are not connected. Is the hub reliable?

1. Others are very pleased with the hub they bought from Spooky mall. I couldn't say for sure but if you are certain that it is not stopping because of programming and are set as "repeat sequence to 0" they should not stop, then if you have another hub, try it out even if it doesn't handle as many gens. If that stops too, it is probably in the programming.
2. You should try this - go to device manager (Windows 10 - right-click on start menu Icon - choose device manager), in the device manager list click on - Ports. You should see the Silicon Labs Dual for each of your generators. right-click on the first one, select properties, on top click on the - Power Management Tab, If the - Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power - is clicked, click it and disable this (empty box) , do this for all your Silicon Lab Dual you have (one for each generator), now check and see if that fixed your problem.
