1. There is a parasite killing preset which you can run. If you have GX, run a scan across your tummy and then run the hit frequencies. If you have Plasma, that is the best option to run the programs. If not, both remote and contact are OK.
2. It depends on which parasites and what helped brought them about. A combination between Rifing and zapping can help. I also using the Candida albicans sets (if they produce a response in the body) as candida can help to create the environment whereby parasites like to live and lay eggs.
