1. I didn't find a program for scarlet fever at the moment. If you have GX, I would recommend running preset like hunt and kill to keep targeting pathogens in your body. This cycle repeats until the preset is stopped OR no hits are detected.
2. There are many programs in the Spooky2 database for Streptococcus pyogenes, the cause of Scalet fever. You can put these frequencies into grade scan using >Biofeedback, >Spooky Pulse, >General, Grade Program Shell (C)(R) - EV, to find which of these Streptococcus pyogenes frequencies are the best for you. And doing a General Purpose Full System Scan (C)(R) - JW is good too.
