1. There is a factory preset you can run to help with herxing. In the Presets tab of Spooky2, click on >Cancer, >DB, >Remote, "RX Herxheimer - DB", and load into a generator and run on Remote.
2. Besides running programs, when you detox, if you don't drink enough water the toxins just float around looking for a new place to live and they will cause you discomfort.
