1. The only time I have heard anyone mention putting cylinders into water is with the detox foot bath. That is preset under detox - contact. The instructions are there how to set it up.
2. I have used the Footbath(C) Preset per the instructions (to the right of the screen when selecting the Preset) to assist in detox. I needed to do it several times within a day or two before it helped significantly - but it did help very much.
