What should you do if you feel shocked when running the parasite general protocol via contact?

1. Try using the shell preset under >Shell (Empty) Presets, >Contact, Anthony Holland 11th Harmonic (C) - JW. Then add your Parasite General program. If this still shocks you too much, in the Settings tab change the value below from 11 to 128. Then try again.

2. Depends on the frequencies used. The higher the frequency, the more you feel. Above 100 000 Hz, you should only feel little.
3. When I squeeze the contact cylinders very tightly I feel it more. It is okay to loosen your grip just a bit. Also, there is something comforting about the sensation like its working.
4. There are a number of reasons one would experience shocks and a number of ways to avoid it. Low Frequencies. Anything less than 10000 Hz is very likely to cause a reaction due to this frequency range having a high probability to react with your nervous system, causing involuntary muscle contractions. Remedy: Use Reduce Amplitude <10 kHz setting as depicted in the User Guide.
