1. As I recall, there is a Physics formula to find the frequency of a specific wavelength. Unfortunately, I don't have my Physics book in my hand or the time to look up the formula. One would have to find the frequency, make a program with the frequency, then choose an appropriate shell to properly adjust the frequency to a subharmonic, in the case that the frequency would be too high to run natively in the Spooky2 generator.
2. You could just create a frequency program with what you want to run, waveform/other parameters, method of application up to you. Personally, I used pulsed led off the corresponding color. You could also use the little Spooky2 Pulse coils.
