Do you the GX is on Port 3, or that it is running 3 Hz, and is stuck? If it is stuck, you can shut down everything and restart. But first, check to see if there are Errors in the Errors tab. Also, if this happens often, where the generator gets stuck, you may need an Uninterruptible Power Supply to provide clean power to your generators so they don't lose their connections to the computer.
