1. See the table on page 97 of the July 7 Spooky2 User's Guide on the basic Plasma preset to use. The table describes 2 plasma presets, and for biofeedback which has higher frequencies, you would use the 2nd plasma preset in the table.
2. You can also try Cancer protocol and you can find presets with manual in Cancer presets under the Preset tab. It is a full cancer protocol telling you which preset to choose and how long to run it step by step.
