If I want to use the accessories separately to the plasma, need I disconnect the plasma tube?

all connections/disconnections should be made whilst Spooky2 Central is turned off. There is now an instruction guide for Spooky2 Central on the Spooky2 download page that has full details.

It's possible to use Spooky2 Central without plasma; and according to David B, you do not need to have the plasma plugged into Spooky2 Central.
