When running the DH presets, do we have to run the Spiritual Wellness and Chakra presets first each time?

Yes, it is recommended to run these presets alongside later DH presets or at least periodically within the
same day until there are no more physical, mental, or energetic changes. For efficiency, DH1-6 can be run on a separate generator.

Because Presets DH1-6 (Spiritual Wellbeing, Combined 7 Chakras + Meridians, Remove Negative Energies, Aura Clear Energetic Body, Higher Chakras Universal Divinity Connection, Protection of Aura & Light Body) prepare the system for receiving later presets. These complementary prerequisites create an Energetic Reset of all Light Body Systems.
