Any suggestions on airsickness?

1. I’m a retired commercial pilot. Your earache is caused by built-up air pressure in your ear. Fortunately, the blockage is usually very easy to resolve. Go to YouTube and do a search for “Valsalva Maneuver”. It’s essentially just holding your nose while trying to blow it. If you’ve got a stubborn block, you might need to take a decongestant.

2. I'm not sure that the "Airsickness" program would apply. Airsickness is a problem the brain encounters when it receives conflicting signals from the eyes and ears. The brain doesn't know how to process seeing one thing and feeling something different so it makes you nauseous. The Spooky2 would be quite helpful with that. The pain that Pref Mon is experiencing is caused by air pressure building up in the inner ear because usually due to a blockage or restriction of the Eustachian tube. It's very common and easily resolved with the Valsalva maneuver or as I've had to personally use on occasion when I had to fly with a head cold, the Valsalva maneuver and a decongestant.
