Can I treat a patient with no kidneys for chronic headache?

That should not pose a problem but is always a personal choice. Doing a BFB would be helpful. Finding out the root cause is important. It could be as simple as eyewear needed or changed which is common for diabetes, if that is cause if kidney issue or something more serious.
I would use the Footbath method to attempt to clear toxins prior to much else, as I would definitely not want to overload the bloodstream with toxins. Need to go slow, and work on ways to assist digestion, as many headaches are related to stomach issues - whether it is slow digestion or some pathogens in the gut.
