I am 52 years old and in relatively good health but I have had in the pass heart arrhythmia witch I had surgery (ablation of the pulmonary veins) and am now ok. Should I still only use the remote mode?

I think contact poses a risk for you and therefore I would err on the side of safety and not use it. Plasma, Scalar, Remote & Laser modes should be quite safe to use. PEMF has much stronger EMF compared to Scalar so I would be cautious about using it directly on the heart in case it triggers arrhythmia.

Re getting a Chiropractor to check your nervous system alignment. It is something I would still consider doing as the surgery IMO is just masking the underlying cause of why you had the arrhythmia.
