The Terrain Preset Chain can definitely cause some Herx. type reactions. Be sure to drink plenty of plain water to flush the waste, but if the symptoms get to be too much, then you may need to pause the program and allow the body to clean out before continuing. It is generally better to pause rather than overload the body's ability to flush - as it takes longer to recover when really overloaded.
