1. Yes, this is exactly what do with my GX, I run one Cold Laser with blood purify or detox frequencies and the other Cold Laser running my Biofeedback frequencies. I try to do 2 - 30 minute sessions a day.
Update: I use twin laser buds in ears/nose for Biofeedback, as light is emitted from them in full with Biofeedback frequencies.

2. BFB Scan results will be so high frequencies that the laser won't be able to turn on and off that quickly and will not shine at all or very faintly. The laser only have any effect if it can either shine continuously with enough power or pulsing so slowly that the light is on for some time.
