What can we do if the latest Windows Defender Virus Updates flag spooky.exe as containing malware?

It's flagging it with: Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl

I scanned it with VirusTotal and it reported it clean.
Here's the scan report:

How to add a file or entire folder to exception list for Windows Defender:

Just FYI, in case your machine updates and then refuses to run the Spooky application.
