My main symptom is anxiety and fatigue on a day to day basis. Physically, I experience a significant amount of bodily tension, which materially impacts on my breathing. I have tried a range of spooky2 detox and healing programs, but there is no benefit.

1. First thing. If you experienced issues while running the detox protocols, or any detox modality, then they were working. What happens is that the stuff that's being released from your cells is being pushed into the blood stream, where it will make you feel bad. The best advice I've seen here is to just stop the protocol for a day or so, until you feel better. Then you can resume where you left off by clicking the little section right next to the start button. Easy does it.

I'm not a doctor, but from all the research I've done, detoxing is all important. That includes your diet, water, personal grooming products, you name it. But there are ways to go about it so you don't poison yourself all over again.

With that out of the way, you should not really do too much else Spooky-wise until you've finished the detox protocol.

I'm not seeing anything in the database under coxaccie virus, but there are multiple hits for chlamydia. If I were treating myself for the anxiety and fatigue, I'd be focusing on immune system and maybe throw in some Schumann Resonance.

If you have a Generator-X, then get yourself a Spooky Sample Digitizer and run biofeedback scans on blood and/or saliva.

2. Make sure you are properly hydrated for detox process.

3. If there are severe reactions to the frequency use then perhaps there needs to first be an intensive alternative effort to open up the detox pathways of the body. A temporary strict diet change may be in order and perhaps an herbal parasite program (like the Hulda Clarke tincture....Google it if not familiar). Diet *may* be a significant factor in brain fog and energy levels. The Adrenal Glands may need some assistance and your D.O. should be able to help you test that. 

An herbal tincture for parasites in the gut takes at least three weeks to eliminate all stages of worms and stuff as long as there isn't constant re-infection. You may have to do a little research on this. Once the intestinal tract is clear of parasites (and hopefully the diet has promoted good gut biology and healing), then perhaps you could try using Spooky in a limited way to go after parasites that have migrated thru the bloodstream. Go slow and go from there. It might be necessary to focus on one issue at a time.....like viruses or metals, etc. In any event, the detox pathways need to be able to support the process so start with that. 

It may be important to look into mold as an issue for your body. Start with a search on this forum for a post on mold by Dr. Loyd. If this applies to your system, you may need to address mold before anything else.

4. I agree with Gwen 100%. It really feels to me like you could benefit from detoxing. There's a lot of information out there about detoxification using natural methods. The basics are to remove all sources of toxins from your environment. Eating organic foods is just a start. 

A brief summary:

1. Eat only organic foods. Meat consumption is generally acceptable as long as it's organic and in limited quantities. It wouldn't hurt to give up at least red meat altogether.

2. Get yourself a high quality water filter. And, of course, drink lots of that purified water. Let me be clear. Drink lots of purified water. I like RO water with a natural source of re-mineralization. Don't just drink straight distilled or RO water. Make sure it has good mineral content.

3. Get rid of any toxic source of chemicals such as cleansers and especially anything like deodorants containing aluminum compounds. Get things like shampoos, bar soaps, you name it that are non-toxic.

4. Unplug wifi units at night. And log into them and reduce their output as much as possible while maintaining coverage.

5. DO NOT have your cell phone anywhere near you while you sleep.

6. When using cell phone, use the speaker function or get one of the isolating headsets. Keep it away from your head.

7. If you don't already do so or know how, meditate or learn to meditate.

8. In general, treat yourself gently, whatever that might mean.

I know you came here asking how to use Spooky to fix yourself, but you ask for our input... you got it!

  • Thank you this was very helpful. Although I would like to say that wearing copper helps block the EMF's from wifi and other electronics. I wear 4 copper bracelets along with a chain all made by me which also helps with inflammation.
