My grandmother had fracture of the Tibial plateau, stroke with hemiplegia on her left side, and bedsores. She drinks a lot of water, but can not hydrate properly!

Sounds like decreased kidney function. Consider running the following support programs:
Kidney Inefficiency
Lymph Stimulation
Lymph Circulation
Edema (various programs)
Also consider Lymphatic Drainage for the Legs

If feeling pain when urinating suggests inflammation caused by an infection.
Consider Inflammation General.
Run contact BFB scan on Kidney area either Spooky2 Pulse or GenX.
If you have GenX run BFB scan on urine & blood samples as well.
