I was not going to post this story until I was 100% sure, but seeing as you have asked I'll share it now. I treated a plantar wart with GenX on March 25. I placed one TENS pad over the wart, and another one on the top of my foot. I did a GenX scan, and then ran contact mode for the angle, current, and angle+current biofeedback results using the same TENS pads I did the scan with. I repeated the scan & contact mode treatment 3 times over 3 days.
I was actually in a rush and leaving for a trip, so I think I even reduced the dwell to 1 minute per frequency, so my contact treatments took about an hour if I recall correctly.
It has taken nearly two months but it seems as if the wart has completely disappeared! I have not had time to snap some high resolution images to see if all the roots have gone, but it looks like a success!
I would try some more GenX scanning & contact mode like I did.
Some more notes for you:
I dug up my scans to have a look. I actually did 5 scans, and it was done over two days.
After scanning I left the TENS pads connected and treated straight away using GenX in contact mode.
I did not have much time to sit around so I used a dwell of 60 seconds for each of the 30 frequencies for a total treatment time of 30 minutes per scan. I do remember running most of the treatments twice because the 30 minutes passed very quickly, so it was really a dwell of 120 seconds per frequency.
I connected the long TENS cable directly to G1 without a boost (to lessen noise), and I twisted the cables to reduce noise as well. I also applied the contact mode session without the boost. I used the "Killing (C) - JW" shell preset, BUT I also remember doing the last treatment using a SINE wave just for fun.
I used a threshold of 0, as my "Current" hits were all below the default threshold.
Here are the results of one of my scans just for interest sake:

Angle + Current:
I connected the TENS cable directly to OUT1 on Gen1 of my GX. I believe that John said this would be best to lessen the noise.
I used two locations for my scans, with the TENS pads in blue. One of them was always over the wart.
It's also worth mentioning again that this has been disappearing SLOWLY over the last almost two months! Two weeks after running the treatment I was quite grumpy because I thought it had not worked. Fortunately I got very busy and forgot about it, only to be pleasantly surprised the next time I took a look.
