Dr Sutherland's sets come in groups of frequencies. Often the first few frequencies are above the 40mhz limit of the GX, and he recommends using scalar subharmonics to get those above your limit into an acceptable range. That said, the majority of the frequencies in a given set will work natively.
You can use the Spooky2 tools app I wrote on his website to convert to a Spooky format. https://www.frequencyfoundation.com/spooky2-tools/ For GX the only seeing you'll want to change is reducing the wave cycle multiplier from 5 down to 1.
