What frequencies could be run for a person diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive behavior disorder, who has also dealt with depression, anxiety for over 25 years.

1. The best help I have is to search for the terms you are looking for:
Obsessive, anxiety, depress, etc., and pick some programs. If you can do a biofeedback scan to "Grade the Programs" to see what her body reacts to most, this may be the best help - or just run for her.

In either case, I'd ask her to keep good notes about what helps or doesn't.

2. Use Anankastic Personality Disorder XTRA - this is another name for OCD. There's also a program named Trichotillomania KHZ. I'd also enter "mind" as a Search, then choose from 72 results, particularly those dealing with emotions and change.

3. Something that has helped me with mental outlook - whether clinical depression or not, I don't know - was to first run Hypothalamus Balance by itself for about a week, then to include Brain Balance and Balancing of the Body for about a week, then included Endocrine Balance. I now have a whole set of these balance items that runs all of the time.

I am about to start filling in from a Normalize search any major systems that are not already included from the Balance search.

Other than killing specific pathogens, this has helped me more than anything else I have done.

4. Niacin should be supplemented by more minerals and vitamins as it has the ability to detox on a cellular level but it also manages to detox the good stuff out of the bod. Vitamin B-1 with other B-complex is very good for depression and anything to do with the brain/mind.
It should be accompanied by vitamin C.

5. I was very depressed at first, and my biofeedback showed that I am bipolar, probably because the Lyme sucks your nutrients right out of your body. I have been feeling a lot better since I started running Vitamag Complete Set (which includes magnesium, zinc and Vitamin B complex supplement), and electrolyte levels. I also run Vitamin D deficiency, as most people are deficient in Vit D, and Vitamin C. There are also other vitamin sets in the database which you can try, but I did well with these.

6. Going off gluten worked for me and my husband and we run the feel good frequency. Also CBD oil is great at treating that.
