I was rifing a lady who gets leg cramps every time we try her on a session. No matter what it is running on.

1. Drink more water?
2. Magnesium (mineral or frequency) to balance the calcium and allow more relaxation?
3. Terrain Protocol for short periods until able to get through it... Some people need to start Rife very slowly.
