My psychic abilities are not where they need to be. I was looking at getting a beginners Spooky2 and pushing the pineal gland. I feel that its time for me to develop, and I'm hitting blockages. Any advice? Have the pineal frequencies worked for anyone?

I tried the spooky2 Third eye freq today, I think it was 288. Only did it for like 30min and didn’t notice anything.
Try those freq non stop for like a week or so and let us know if you see a difference.
