I am trying to help someone with Charley horses.

1. Magnesium deficiency. Look for Magnesium in database, make mag cream or oil and rub on legs before going to bed. No more Charlie Horse.

2. I have had these very painful for myself I rifed for magnesium and also potassium and now eat lots of organic banana's and they have vanished...I do not get Charley horses anymore... I used to get them weekly.

3. Also good hydration and minerals just thought but check blood pressure and himalayan mineral salt potentially if it isn’t high.
