1. Frequencies do the work. So with that said, if you are using a set that is targeting pathogens, you can't make it do the opposite by selecting a healing preset.
The difference between the healing preset and the killing preset is primarily the waveform selection.
Healing uses a square wave and this is applicable in both modalities.
Killing uses an inverted sawtooth which is particularly not good for a healing modality, but some may find it still works well even when used with an entrainment frequency.
So if I were in your position, I would try it with either, and then maybe later try it with the other and compare to see which produced the better results.
Being that the frequency set you mentioned is from the KHZ database, most likely it is targeting pathogens. Without doing some digging into the history of this set, there is no way to be 100% sure.
Looking at the frequencies inside the set, I do not see any common entrainment frequencies.
2. I used Ezorb to get rid of my bone spurs in my heel.
http://www.elixirindustry.com/Bone-Spurs.htm It took several months for them to reduce to the point where I would not feel any pain when I put pressure on my heels when playing tennis. Once they were gone I kept up a maintenance dose for a couple of years. I have had no further problems with heel spurs in the last 5 years or so.
3. Bone spurs are an indication of a systemic unbalance.
Are you aware of what is causing it? Have you discussed it with a practitioner who is aware of proper lab tests to determine the issues?
Lack of free calcium in the blood, and your body will draw calcium from your bones and it does it by leaking calcium in "points" thus, spurs.
I have hundreds of bonespurs in my body, probably due to a 12 year Vegan diet, which was deficient in nutrients.
Research Weston Price, and Dr Tent(Novi Michigan) who is Highly skilled in finding causes.
He does Skype consults too, but he is very expensive because he is busy, due to his expertise
Cal/Mag balance is important.
Look to a naturopathic or Homeopathic practitioner.
