Color Vision Defects (KHZ) run with 100% offset, It's a fair assumption it's about color blindness. Can't do any harm running it IMO.
Since frequencies can affect very large structures (Buildings & Bridges), Plants, water, body organs, parasites, bacteria, viruses, etc. therefore it follows it would have similar affect on chromosomes, DNA, RNA, and down to the smallest subatomic particles.
