Because I want to get as close as possible to the site of the pain – my lower spine – Hand Cylinders would be too uncomfortable to use, so I opt for TENS pads. I apply one to my spine just above the location of the pain, and the other below it. This way, the signal will travel through the injured area. I connect the TENS cable to the high power output of my Boost because I like the amplitude to be under my control, and I can stop and change it if it's too high for me.
Or I could use the Colloidal Silver output instead. This delivers an attenuated signal that won't sting or tingle uncomfortably.
