Treatment times depend on what is being treated. In general, the ideal duration of Cold Laser would be around 30 mins. With longer treatment time, it will not cause damage to tissues, but it also won't increase the effectiveness of the treatment. And 1-2 times a day would be okay.
If you are running different frequencies to perform the treatment there is no maximum session time. The 30 minute session time refers to treatments that use the light wave frequency to stimulate the body's immune system.
