Cancer cells has a lower electric resistance than healthy cells. So the current have the tendency to flow automatically through the cancer cells (=weak cells) than through the healthy cells.
That means that the position of the contact pads is not as critical as it seems. So you can use left foot-to-right foot contact.
That's also good because you can do other things while doing the treatment.
