There are frequency sets for both maladies mentioned, so if you chose JW Healing (Remote) for the Preset, and loaded the 2 frequency sets for the Myelodysplastic syndrome and the set for Sweet Syndrome to run with a White top remote connected to the BN output of the Boost 2.0 connected to the generator, I think you should be set with one generator.
The other generator should probably run a set of mixed detox frequency sets to maintain the elimination pathways.
