If I wanted to attempt to use the spooky 2 tray to kill the fungus that afflicts Elm trees that present the symptoms of Dutch Elm disease, how would I proceed?

Bark would almost certainly contain the fungus, so using this would hit the Ascomyta via its DNA as well as via the DNA of the tree.

A healthy twig may be unlikely to be infected, but will still treat the tree. The same should be true for a leaf.

I would run frequencies for it non-stop for at least a week, then evaluate.
