Which oscilloscope is suggested for measurements of plasma tube?

Measuring the voltage to a plasma tube is difficult with an ordinary oscilloscope.

There are voltage spikes that may exceed many tens of thousands of volts. It may blow the oscilloscopes up.

If someone really wanted to use an oscilloscope to measure the plasma they can buy any cheap one and use a high voltage probe.

I recommend a stand-alone oscilloscope. If a USB oscilloscope blows up because of the high voltage the computer may also blow up.

I use a Picoscope because it is very high quality, the software is updated regularly, and it is high performance.
