In my experience, larger and more complex organisms take longer to kill using Remote. The trick is to sustain the attack for as long as it takes to see results - this entails killing non-stop with parallel detox on a second generator. I've personally seen photomicrographs of roundworm corpses recovered from stool samples after Remote treatment. I also know of a number of cases where ropeworm parasites were killed and expelled - these are bigger than tapeworms.

So, yes, it does work, but it takes patience, and the correct frequencies for the species.
