No.
If it is double coils, you put it next to each other, you would be able to hear the buzzing.
If it is a single paddle coil like our black Spooky2 coil, people normally can not hear it or feel it.
If they put it next to a large piece of magnetic metal, then the coil may make a buzzing noise.
