I was using Rife to treat an ovarian cyst and then a biologist Friend informed me that Rife is not good for cysts. Due to something about gases? And that it would make it grow rather than shrink.

Ovarian cysts are sacs filled with fluid. We have not heard of Rife treatments inducing gas within these sacs. Electrolysis splits water into Hydrogen and Oxygen, so perhaps contact mode can create gases, though the volume will be miniscule. Very high currents from some Rife contact devices may create greater volumes of gas, but Spooky uses a very low current for contact mode. Using the Colloidal Silver port of Spooky Boost ensures the current is always less than 2 thousand of an amp.
