My wife has had very severe and painful bunions on both feet for over 30 years. She has been avoiding bunion ectomies because of the long recovery period. Any thoughts?

Two other ideas:
1. For a high-foot arch, which would put pressure on the toe, you could consider:
Cavus Deformity (XTRA).

2. Does your wife have any type of arthritis?
