First, there are several different pH levels throughout he body, so I don't know which yo mean - where you are measuring it. So couldn't provide any specific guidance.
Second, (paraphrased from an N.D.) the body regulates blood pH very tightly, so it would be a mistake to attempt to mess with this. Yes, we can control the gut pH some, which in turn affects the urine pH some, but the blood pH levels remain very consistent.
My recommendation is to do what you can with diet, but use spooky to eliminate unwanted organisms and heal different systems so they work as designed and leave the body to determine specific pH levels.
