Actually, there's a plastic plate adjacent to the power supply which can make a slight sound inside while turning the Spooky2 Central, it is normal and will not interfere with the function of Spooky2 Central.
But if you are sure that there is truly something moving around inside, let's say it sounds like a screw, we hope you can make a video for us to show us the sound.
