My dog has Sarcoptic Mange and Cushings Syndrome. My cat has herniated disc and sciatic nerve pain. Should detox 4 be run after EACH daily treatment?

If you have a spare generator to dedicate to detox while treating with another for pathogens, it would be wise to run a detox program 24/7.

I use the following sets for my Detox Maintenance generator which runs 24/7.

Detox 4 Toxins Throughout the Body (CAFL)
Detox 3 Toxins in the Kidneys and Liver (PROV)
Detox 2 Parasites in the Intestines (CAFL)
Detox 1 Toxins in the Intestines (CAFL)
Lymphangitis (CAFL)
Streptococcus Pyogenes (CAFL)
Lymphs and Detox (PROV)

If you only have one generator, then it would be a good idea to at least run Detox 4 a few times after the treatment. You may wish to add a few or all the rest as listed above.

And lastly, what if any, settings will change (once someone has been kind enough to clarify them for me) for healing programs for both their issues besides Feathering to Direct and Dwell set to 1?

Using DH settings as you specified above, those would be appropriate changes to make.
