My dog has Sarcoptic Mange and Cushings Syndrome. My cat has herniated disc and sciatic nerve pain. I read where DH said not to have an Offset in Out 2 and only +spike checked, is that without Spooky Boost connected?

If you decide to use Spike+Sync over Inverse+Sync, yes, leave the offset of out 2 set to 0. This is for use with a boost, as you need it to combine the two signals together. Without a boost, you would only be wired to out 1 and out 2 settings would be irrelevant.
