If the tube was made in accordance with the original Royal Rife tube then it will work. Many Phanotron tubes have been altered to work with Bare Rife or EMEM machines. Those will not work.
We can sell the high voltage cable with plugs to you which will work with Spooky Central. Cable length is 2m. 2 pcs. Also we can supply plasma tube for you.
