The Spooky2 User Guide does not talk as much about minutes and hours because frequencies vary in length. When doing the Morgellons Guide, each frequency set is run 120x with a dwell of .35. So that is just a guideline. And in the Morgellon's guide the 120x is given as a minimum which may run 8 hours or run 3-5 days depending how long your program you've designed takes.
