For the dental infection program, would it be best if I use it in contact mode for say half an hour and then put it back on remote for the rest of the day? How long should I run this?

When combining contact and remote together, the usual best practice is to run the frequency set(s) once via contact and then follow up with remote.

When running via contact, ensure that repeat program = 1, dwell multiplier = 1 and repeat each set = 1 to apply each frequency set only once.

Then follow up for the rest of the day via a remote setup. Repeat the contact session again the next day and again follow up with remote.

How long you do this is up to you, but a good guideline is 6 days minimum.
