How does Spooky2 help with kidney disease?

There are two approaches to running kidney-related programs on Spooky2 Central. You can either:

1. Use a kidney preset directly and assign it to a generator under the Control tab.
2. Manually create a setup by selecting the Shell (Empty) Preset first, then choosing an appropriate kidney program.

Both methods are valid, depending on your preference and specific needs.
