Yes, you can.

Should not put tens by head, heart, or on joints. Plasma can go anywhere you like. different from contact tens pads.
Yes, it can be safe, I've actually preferred a non-rife, consumer-grade plasma ball for this.
I wish I had pics handy, I do not, but it makes a lovely magnetic pattern around the heart, in its arcing. It's weird, the plasma actually flows within the pattern of blood in the heart. It is non-invasive, a sort of hypoallergenic energy, and quite nice.
