1. You mentioned 'detached' as your first feeling... This immediately drew me to 'grounding'. This is a necessary first step in all the other things you mentioned.
I might suggest this (assuming you'd be using a Remote):

0001 Spiritual Wellbeing (R) - DH
0002 Combined 7 Chakras + Meridians (R) - DH
Under: Miscellaneous\Bach Flowers\Remote:
Mental and Emotional Exhaustion (R)
2. Look at the DH experimental frequencies.
3. Address adrenal support and any anxiety programs.
4. PTSD!! That was the biggest help for me. Also look into anxiety programs, and you can run programs for joy, forgiveness, grounding, schumann's resonance, and other things like that.
