Put the pads in the middle of your hand where the fleshy part is. Choose healing and muscles to relax. Your hands will open and close on their own and it may be too intense on the boosted port... if it is, use it without the boost. However, if you can put up with it, use the boost. Do a 2-3 hour session and the next day or that night you'll notice some relief... run that for a few days, then switch it up with inflammatory myopathy, then back and forth again.
