1. MW Emulate (C) shell. Diazepam frequency (which is the emulator of valliam) run by contact for about one hour before bed will help to bring about a much more restful night sleep.
2. Schumann resonance is a good one. Maybe try a grade scan on all the programs you think might help as to narrow down your search.
3. Try running a grade scan on the Bach flowers program. Flower essences are amazing for emotional issues and trauma.
4. I use the preset PTSD and Anxiety frequencies and have felt much calmer since starting them regularly.
